About the Civic Center

The newly renovated Ernest Courtoy Civic Center is available for rent year-round (365 days a year).

Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.

This spacious facility offers the perfect venue for community events, private gatherings, and celebrations.
 
The Civic Center includes:
Full-size kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and buffet-style serving area (no cooking allowed)
Commercial-size sink
Stage and restroom facilities
Ample on-site parking
Tables and chairs at no additional cost

Note: Certified Security Officer required after 7:00 p.m. (at renter’s expense).

Rental Rates:

Registration Fee: Non-refundable $50.00
Deposit: (Refundable) if facility is clean and undamaged: $350.00
Rental Fee (Personal Use) Per day: $250.00
Rental Fee (Commercial Use) Per day: $500.00

All fees, deposits, and rental payments must be made at least 14 days in advance.
